Fulfillt is a trade name of Prologistech LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Fulfillt”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information on Fulfillt.com and in our software products, Fulfillt Sales, Fulfillt Orders and Fulfillt WMS, and any related products and services we offer (together, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect on Our Website

When you fill out a quote request, demo request or contact form on Fulfillt.com, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company details and your message. We may also collect usage data such as browser type, pages visited and referring URLs through standard web analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

Respond to your quote requests, demo requests and inquiries
Provide, support and improve the Service
Send relevant product updates or announcements (you may opt out at any time)
Keep the Service secure and comply with legal obligations

4. Information in the Fulfillt Apps

When a business uses Fulfillt Sales, Fulfillt Orders or Fulfillt WMS, we process the information needed to run the apps for that business:

Account details for administrators, sales representatives, office and warehouse staff, and customer portal users, such as names, email addresses and sign-in information.
Business data the account brings in from QuickBooks or enters in the apps, such as customers and their contact details, products, prices, inventory and stock locations, orders, quotes, invoices, credits, purchase orders, and picking, packing and shipping records.
Usage and security records, such as sign-in times and an audit log of changes.
If you turn on phone or desktop notifications, a notification identifier for your device.

We use this information only to provide the apps to that business, to support it, and to keep it secure. Each business’s data is kept separate. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. The business that holds the account controls its data; requests about it can be sent to that business or to us.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service. They may process information only to provide their service to us:

A secure cloud hosting provider — hosting of the website, the apps and their data
Intuit QuickBooks — when an account connects its QuickBooks company
Stripe — payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and are never stored by Fulfillt
Resend — sending emails such as order copies and invitations
OneSignal — phone and desktop notifications, only for people who turn them on

6. Notifications and Emails

The apps send in-app notifications and emails about orders, invoices, fulfillment status and your account. Each person can choose which notifications they receive in Notification Settings, and can turn phone or desktop notifications off for a device at any time, there or in their browser settings.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers listed above, who help us operate the Service and must keep it confidential, or where the law requires it.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Cookies

Our website and apps may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, though some features may not work without them.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
